FOXO4-DRI
FOXO4-D-Retro-Inverso peptide
FOXO4-DRI is a synthetic peptide designed to disrupt the protein-protein interaction between FOXO4 (a transcription factor that protects senescent cells from p53-mediated apoptosis) and p53. By breaking this interaction, FOXO4-DRI selectively triggers apoptosis in senescent cells while sparing healthy cells. This places it in the senolytic class. UK status is research-tier only. No human clinical trials are published.
